About Little Outings

Little Outings is a free event aggregator that helps parents find toddler and preschool activities in their community. We scrape 44 library and community center calendars nightly to surface free storytimes, craft sessions, play groups, and family events.

Every event listed is completely free. We focus on ages 0–5 (babies, toddlers, and preschoolers) though many events welcome older siblings too.

How It Works

  • We scrape public event calendars from libraries and community centers every night
  • Events are filtered to free, family-friendly programs for ages 0–5
  • Age groups are classified (Baby, Toddler, Preschool, School Age, Family)
  • Events are available for the next 14 days, refreshed nightly

Data Sources

Events come directly from official library and community center calendars. We don't create or modify event information — we aggregate what's already published publicly. If you notice an error, check the source calendar linked on each event page.
